WWE’s Road to WrestleMania 33 taking Shape

We’re less than four weeks away from WreslteMania 33, and things are finally taking shape.

Following Fastlane this past Sunday, which wound up being one of the worst overall network specials in quite some time, Monday Night Raw and SmackDown Live answered a ton of questions as far as what the card will look like at WrestleMania 33 on April 2 in Orlando.

As of right now, there are seven confirmed matches, starting with the obligatory Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Raw has three title matches set so far. Newly-crowned WWE Universal Champion Goldberg will defend his championship against Brock Lesnar. The Raw Women’s Championship will be defended in a triple threat match when champion Bayley takes on Charlotte and Sasha Banks. The last locked-up title match from that show is United States Champion Chris Jericho taking on his former best friend Kevin Owens for the title.

SmackDown has confirmed one match so far, and that’s the likely main event of Randy Orton facing Bray Wyatt for the WWE Championship.

Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson will also defend their titles against either Enzo Amore & Big Cass or Cesaro & Sheamus. SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss will also defend her championship in a match that will include all the remaining women on the SmackDown roster, but nothing more of that match has been specified yet.

Several other potential matches are either in the works or waiting to be announced, including plans for Seth Rollins, Triple H, Samoa Joe, Finn Balor, A.J. Styles, a potential Intercontinental Championship match between Dean Ambrose and Baron Corbin, the John Cena/Nikki Bella vs The Miz/Maryse feud, something with the cruiserweight division and SmackDown Tag Team Champs American Alpha.

WrestleMania 33 Seating Chart | Camping World Stadium 2017

WrestleMania 33 will be held April 2nd, 2017 at Camping World Stadium in Orland0, Florida. The Wrestlemania 33 Seating Chart can be a little bit tricky, so we’ve broken it down for you below including seat and row numbers, best seats for Wrestlemania 33, and of course Cheap Wrestlemania 33 Tickets.

WrestleMania 33 Golden Circle Seats
The Golden Circle seats at Wrestlemania 33 are located in the first 10 rows in the ring side sections. These tickets allow for you to keep your chair at the end of the event, if that is something that interests you. These seats will also allow for you to use a special entrance to the stadium, and a collectible WrestleMania 33 ticket holder.

Aside from all the added amenities, the Gold Circle are without question the best seats in the house, but of course that means they are also the most expensive. These tickets sell for over $2,000 at face value, which is an absolutely staggering number (Super Bowl tickets have similar face values.)

WrestleMania 33 Entrance Ramp
The Entrance Ramp at WrestleMania 33 runs between Field Sections 4 and 5. To be as close to the ramp as possible, you want to be in seat 1 or as close to seat 1 as possible. As far as Field sections go, sections 6-8 are the least desirable as they are the farther from the entrance ramp.

WrestleMania 33 Seating | 100 Level
If you can’t be on the field level for WrestleMania, than the 100 level is your best bet to get a solid view. Keep in mind that the 100 level is split into two parts, with the closer half of the section noted with an ‘R’ for Riser. The riser sections run rows 1-30, and the standard 100 level sections run rows A-Z & AA-EE.

Keep in mind the Riser sections are temporary, with a very gradual slope front the front row until row 30, where the section will meet with the permanent 100 level sections.

As you can see there is not much height between the field and the first row of seats in the 100 level. So you can imagine how little slope there will be in the riser sections.

Just like if you were attending a football game, the closer your seats are to mid-field, the better. Seats in the end zones are going to make seeing the action difficult, especially in section 119-123, since you will be on the opposite side of the field from the entrance ramp. Keep in mind that seat number 1 will always to the right of the section when you are facing the field.

Shaq says he’s ‘back talking’ to WWE about WrestleMania 33 match with Big Show

This rumored Shaquille O’Neal vs. Big Show WrestleMania 33 match has become a will they/won’t they affair. Most recently, Shaq said it probably wasn’t happening, and Big Show was still goading him in interviews about it. But now, things are looking up!

On his show, the “BIG Podcast with Shaq” on Podcast One today, the former NBA star said that talks are back on — and it’s still not his fault.

“I’ve talked to somebody high up in the organization, and they – we’re back talking again. I just want the people to know it had nothing to do with me, despite what you hear.”
When his co-hosts inform him that all the news has been pointing to the fact it’s his fault and Big Show is claiming he’s gotten cold feet, Shaq Diesel refutes that.

“No, I haven’t seen them. We talked yesterday. I didn’t know that. I’m going to see you. I’m not worried about it Big Show. I’m going to see you. The world ain’t that big for me not to see you.”
This should be good news to those who wanted to see the Goliaths collide. It would also explain why at the Fastlane show last night, they had Show earn a decisive win over Rusev. However, given the rocky affair this has become, don’t be surprised if we hear it’s off again soon. But, as of this moment, it’s still a possibility this will happen.

You can find the entire podcast here, where Shaq always talks about his bigger rivalry with JaVale McGee.
